Shipping & Handling

Order cut-off time: Orders received after 12:00 p.m. 
PST Monday - Friday will be shipped the following business 
day. Payments received on Weekends and Holidays will be 
processed and shipped on the following business day.

Payment Information

• Any orders shipped to a California address will be subject 
to sales taxes.
• Currently, we are only accepting Paypal as a means of 
payment.

Return / Exchange Policy

STEP 1: Contact us through eBay Message (Ask a 
question), so we can issue a RMA Number.
STEP 2: Please inform us of the issue and what kind 
of resolution you need 
(Return or Exchange). Once these steps have been 
established, we can move forward with your speedy  

Return Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost for 
standard returns or exchanges. Any other claims for return 
or exchange will be handled on a case by case basis. Please 
allow up to 24 hours for us to process your claim with a 
resolution.

Exchange

• Exchange are eligible for up to 14 days from date of 
purchase, must be in brand new, resalable condition. 
(Exchange fee 15%). Any damages occurred for an exchange 
will be denied and returned back to the buyer. If you need 
an exchange, please ship it back in responsible packaging.

Return

• All returns will be subject to 15% restocking fee.

• Items must be returned within 30 days from date of 
purchase for a refund, including original shipping cost 
minus restocking fee.
• Must be in brand new, original, unused, uninstalled 
condition.
• items will be inspected within 3 business days, refund 
will be given using the same service buyer used to pay.
• Items that have been installed, used or altered are 
non-returnable.

Items that have been damaged during shipping:

• If an items arrives damaged, please contact us through 
eBay Message (Ask a question) for immediate assistance. We 
will do our best to give you a quick and reasonable 
solution.

Please note that installation and other incidental 
fees are buyer’s responsibility.
